Dates Note:

The riding programs include instructions and trail riding on the beach and into the mountains.
The regular package includes dressage (or lunging) lessons in the indoor or outdoor areana between 7 am - 12 noon and between 2 and 6 PM. 
The riding excursions are available:
2 hour beach tour: 8 am - 10 am
3 hour beach tour: 3.30 pm - 6.30 pm

Tour A includes 1 dressage lesson, 3 x 2 hr beach tour, 1 x 3 hr beach tour, and a full day mountain tour with lunch and massage.
Tour B includes 4 dressage lesson, 2 x 2 hr beach tour, 1 x half day mountain tour

Mountain excursion:  
At 8 AM we will take you and the horses to Umabian-Marga - in the region of Tabanan. You will ride through the most stunning scenery of rice field terraces, a forest and a local village, that didn't really change since the 1920s. As the journey goes on, travel with us to some divine and mystical places, way off the beaten track. Hidden waterfalls, unknown hot springs or secret temples are some of the impossible to find on your own, but not to be missed locations we go to.
After the ride you can enjoy a massage before lunch. A traditional gourmet lunch is served at our private hideaway, a truly delightful jungle clearing where guests dine in an elegant pavilion surrounded by lush foliage and stunning views.
Before we start our afternoon ride we will visit a compound, build in Balinese architecture, that is owned by the Royal Family of Tabanan. Or you will have the opportunity to experience a Gamelan lesson (traditional Indonesian instruments) or a Balinese Dance class. After the afternoon ride we will serve tea or coffee with cake. Before departing, you have an opportunity to shower before returning to the riding center - arriving at about 6 PM.

The resort is situated on 1.6 hectares, combining tropical gardens and elegant guest accommodations with International standard horse facilities. Guests can observe and enjoy the daily rhythms of the horses during their stay.
You will find a saltwater swimming pool, 6 comfortable guestrooms, a saltwater swimming pool and a very well managed international restaurant that is available for lunch and dinner (not included), or you can wander off and dine in one of the many other restaurants nearby.
The deluxe guestrooms are masterfully designed and richly decorated with selected art pieces and fabrics, utilizing elegant coconut wood furniture. All rooms offer rice field and sunset views. A private balcony terrace in front of each room invites guests to relax with views of the surrounding Balinese gardens. Amenities include personally controlled air conditioning, bath with shower, mini bar, in-room safe, IDD telephone, color TV, and DVD player.

Meals:
Peaceful, quiet surroundings and traditional European and Asian Dishes brought to perfection.
Examples from this culinary journey are the famous Entrecote Cafe de Paris, home made Ravioli, Gnocchi, Risotto, grilled Sashimi, Tuna Medallions, and many more secrets. 
We have included all breakfast with your package. Candlelight dinners can be pre-reserved at ~$32.
Breakfast:  Daily fresh made crispy bread and croissants accompany a variety of delicious breakfast choices.
The Candlelight dinner includes: Grilled steak and seafood, different vegetables and salads, different deserts (as much as you can eat) and a glass of red or white wine.

 

This trip includes and can accommodate special dietary requests.

Passports

Visa Note
All nationals referred to in the chart are eligible for a 30-day visa on arrival; visas on arrival are not extendable; for stays longer than 30 days or for non-touristic stays nationals should apply for a visa in advance. To apply in advance nationals must:
(a) have a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry;
(b) enter Indonesia through one of the main ports listed below:
Airports: Adi Juanda (Surabaya), Adisutjipto (Yogyakarta), Adi Sumarno (Solo), El Tari (Kupang), Halim Perdanakusuma (Jakarta), Hassanudin (Makasar), Ngurah Rai (Denpasar), Polonia (Medan), Sam Ratulangi (Manado), Selaparang (Mataram), Sepinggan (Balik Papan), Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta), Sulta Syarif Kasim II (Pekan Baru) and Tabing (Padang).
Seaports: Bandar Bintan, Selani Lagoi and Bandar Sri Udana Lobam (Tanjung Uban, Bintan), Batu Ampar, Marina Teluk Senimba, Nongsa, Sekupang and Batam Centre (Batam Island), Belawan (North Sumatera), Benoa (Island of Bali) Bitung (Sulawesi), Bitung (Sulawsi), Jayapura (Irian Jaya), Maumere (East Nusa Tenggara), Padang Bai (Bali), Pare-Pare (South Sulawesi), Sibolga (North Sumatera), Soekarno-Hatta (Makasar), Sri Bintan Pura (Riau), Tanjung Balai Karimun (Sumatera), Tanjung Mas (Semarang), Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Teluk Bayur (Padang), Tenau (Kupang), Yos Sudarso (Dumai, Sumatra).

Visitors who exceed their 30-day stay will be given severe fines and possibly deported or imprisoned.

Journalists should apply for a visa through the information department of the Indonesian embasy.
Types of Visa and Cost
Single-entry: £35. Multiple-entry: £125 (business only). Transit: £15. Tourist visas issued on arrival: minimum US$25, depending on port of entry. Fees are non-refundable.
Validity
Single-entry: Three months from date of issue for a maximum stay of 60 days. Multiple-entry: One year, with each stay lasting no longer than 60 days. The first entry must be within three months of date of issue. Transit: Three months from the date of issue for a maximum stay of seven days.

Working Days Required
Two to four. Applications for multiple-entry business visas and applications from nationals of certain countries will need to be referred to the authorities in Indonesia and may take two months or more. There is an additional £5 fee in this case.
